Ability to escalate issue to senior management

Skype - all PM's/PL's are regularly available on skype for immediate consultation with client
VOIP - Our VOIP lines are available for enabling clients to call locally
Email - all mails are responded to within 2-3 hrs, on same business day
The above tools help us to keep track of all client communications. This not only raises confidence level of client, but also helps us to manage projects much more effectively.
